Full-time LPN position responsible for health coordination for individuals served with special needs in Day Programming, Waiver Homes, and Group Homes. Most duties are completed in the office during day shift hours Monday-Friday. Some calls are taken after agency hours. Must be able to comprehend and implement State regulations and standards for special needs clients. Applicant must have a current state nursing license. The starting rate for this position will be $21.00/hour+ $.25 per year experience from initial pay with a maximum of $25.00/hr. Increase after successfully completing the 90-day probationary period

Accredited high school diploma or HSE is preferred for Direct Care positions. Must pass drug screen paid by JRDS and have 2-step TB testing. Full-time and part-time staff receives paid-days off benefit and paid holidays. Staff scheduled for 30+ hours/week are eligible for insurance benefits the first of the month following 60 days of employment. JRDS utilizes E-Verify to confirm authorization to work in the US.
