Home Manager

Home Manager –1 in Randolph County, Full-time position available managing a home.  Manager will supervise both staff and residents; provide programming and behavioral support in accordance with written plans, complete required paperwork, handle all household finances and must be willing to work flexible hours.  Prefer degree in related area or training/work experience. The starting rate for this position will be $17.00/hr. with an increase after successfully completing the 90-day probationary period.

Accredited high school diploma or HSE is preferred for Direct Care positions.  Must pass drug screen paid by JRDS and have 2-step TB testing. Full-time and part-time staff receives paid-days off benefit and paid holidays. Staff scheduled for 30+ hours/week are eligible for insurance benefits the first of the month following 60 days of employment.  JRDS utilizes E-Verify to confirm authorization to work in the US.
