Position Overview

The Production Associate supports daily manufacturing operations within the mint. This role involves hands‑on work with machinery, materials, and finished products to ensure that all items meet Silver Towne Mint’s strict quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment such as presses, rolling mills, furnaces, and following established safety and quality procedures.
• Package finished bullion and minted products according to company specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, metalworking, machining, or similar industrial environments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working with heat, machinery, and repetitive tasks.
• Able to pass a background check
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork mindset.

Work Environment

• Industrial manufacturing setting with exposure to heat, noise, and metalworking equipment.
• PPE provided and required.
