Substitute Teachers

Applicants must currently hold a valid

Driver’s License in good standing, obtain a substitute permit granted by the Indiana Department of Education and complete an expanded background check which includes a check through Indiana Child Protective Services. 

Educational requirements:  High School diploma and/or 40 semester hours of college credit.

This position is a continuously open position.  Upon completing all of the application requirements, you will be asked to observe a ½ day in a High School classroom and a ½ day in an Elementary classroom to learn the processes of managing a classroom.  You will then be added to our Substitute call list and will be called in to substitute teach on an as needed basis.

RATES:

$11.43 an Hour

$80.01 a Day
