MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

The Maintenance Assistant serves as the primary assistant to the Director of Operations.  This position will assist in the operation of the HVAC system, performing electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, janitorial and building trades as needed.  Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a high school diploma.  Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb on a stepladder, be in good health, and have high moral character and a good attendance record.

Full Time, 12-Month Employee.  Salary is commensurate with experience and education.

Applicant’s must currently hold a valid driver’s license,  

possess or have the ability to obtain their CDL with ‘S’ Endorsement.
